Yahoo's Holiday porno gifts

Usually major search engines by default filter pornography (both image and web results), but looks like in this holiday Yahoo! filter is not at work or not functioning.
If you type "franchise" and do a yahoo! image search all you will get is some serious hardcore porno pictures! I don't get it what is the franchise and porno relation. This news was popped up in the Register UK 4-5 hours ago. And just before posting it, when i query again in Yahoo! it still there.
It's been over 5 hours still no technical modification or upgrade has been done in Yahoo image search filter problem.
For general view i had to make the pictures blur. If you want to try the search by yourself "Parental Guidance" advised

All the top search results came from same domain, good that if you click them "you don't have permission to access..." message will appear. Well not so good. Whether you turn on or turn off the safe search, the result still the same- a women taking a horse, a guy showing off his stick etc.
