On one hand we have the real need to prevent kids from being exposed to lot of explicit content online. On the other hand we are also opposed to government curb on information flow. The real big question is whether it will set a precedent for more blocking.

I have three kids - and yep, they use the Internet. I don't want them coming across age-inappropriate content, but respect others decisions to view it if they choose. I make sure my filter works... my kids aren't old enough to know how (or want to) get around it.
Where would the government censorship end? Google bowed to government censorship in China and edited it's search result accordingly in that country.
